\nThe business, company, organization, whatever you want to call it, is becoming more and more like life. And life that doesn't seek out other lives that\nnew horizons, perspectives, innovation and creativity, closes itself off from the world and tends to become old and depressed. The same is true of\norganizations. Unfortunately, we've tried to understand beauty as a physical trait and how many plastic surgeries have been carried out in this regard. When beauty is the ability to produce and share light. This is what people expect from\norganizations, something that ignites in them the pleasure of a happy experience. This is what\nother lives can bring knowledge and development to our own.\nlives.\n

\nModels, methods, parameterizations, in short, the company has undergone a number of plastic surgeries that end up not bringing beauty. Outsourcing\ncan and will be this new culture for many.
